XT-K 50-30/EN/REV 00 Base unit and motor drive The base (item 6) is made of box-type plates; it is mounted on 4 adjustable wheels or anti-vibration feet (item 5) two of which have a brake (item 5 bis). The motor drive consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor with six poles, (item 4) sliding on the base so that it serves as a tightener (item 2 motor pulley) for V-belt drive (item 3), which transfers power to the rotor flywheel (item1), carrying out a vibration damping action at the same time.

Page 88 XT-K 50-30/EN/REV 00 A taper-lock bushing is a connection component that allows a driving transmission. The granulator is equipped with a taper- lock bushing mounted on the flywheel pulley. This is a self-centering-taper-lock bushing. Disassembly Instructions Loosen and remove all tightening screws. Fit the screws in the front cone removal threading.
