Remove the camera board

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the LCD module" on page 46
"Remove the hinge cover" on page 55
"Remove the hinges" on page 55
"Remove the strip cover" on page 56
"Remove the LCD panel" on page 57
"Remove the camera rubber" on page 59
Step 1. Disconnect the camera cable from the camera board and then remove the camera board.
