3.2 Airplane mode
Activate airplane mode when needed to turn off all wireless
transmissions. You can activate or deactivate airplane mode from
the main settings menu.
3.3 Altimeter
Suunto Spartan Sport uses GPS to measure altitude. Under optimal
signal conditions, eliminating potential errors typical in calculating
GPS position, the GPS altitude reading should give a pretty good
indication of your elevation.
