into its spot (E) Fig.2, otherwise the
machine will not operate. As soon as
the safety key (g) is in place, the
machine will beep and all of the
displays will show a [00:00] value,
indicating that the machine is READY
to be used.
USB/MP3 FUNCTION.-
Insert a MP3 device into the jack (F).
Use the MP3 device to control the
MP3 function.
Insert a USB pen into the jack (F). Use
the (E) keys to control the USB
function.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.-
QUICK START.
Pressing the START key and the
machine will start within 3 seconds at
a speed of 1km/h.
You can increase or decrease the
speed or the inclination setting by
pressing the SPEED +- keys or
INCLINE +/-.
Press START key to pause the
exercise.
Press START to resume the exercise
or press STOP to finish the exercise
and go back to the main menu.

MANUAL MODE.-

This monitor has MANUAL program.
For MANUAL program you can specify
the duration of the exercise (5:00-
99:00min),
distance
calories (20-990KCal).
Press MODE key to enter the manual
mode and the SPEED +/- keys to set
the value or press MODE to set the
next value.
Press START and the machine will
start the exercise.
The machine will start the count down
and until it reaches zero and the
(1-99km)
and
monitor will beep several times to
advise you that you have reached the
target.
You can increase or decrease the
speed setting in MANUAL mode by
pressing the SPEED +- keys, between
1–22km/h or the inclination (0-15) by
pressing +/- keys.
The machine will stop if you press the
STOP key or if you remove the
SAFETY KEY.
PROGRAM MODE.-
This monitor has 8 programs (P1-P8).
For the programs P1-P8 you can
specify the intensity level (L1-L8) and
the duration of the exercise.
Program graphics P1-P8.
See end pages.-
With the machine in the main menu,
press the PROGRAM key to select the
desired program, press MODE to set
the intensity level (L1-L8). Press the
+/- keys to set the time. The default
value is 30 minutes.
Press the START key to begin the
exercise.
You can change the speed settings at
any time during the exercise by
pressing the SPEED+- keys or the
inclination by pressing +/- keys.

USER PROGRAM MODE.-

The user programs allow you to design
the speed and inclination graphs with
reference to your fitness level.
With the machine ready, press the
USER key and choose U1-U2-U3.
Press SPEED +/- to set the time.
Press MODE.
Use the INCLINE +/- keys to select the
inclination level you want for the first
stage (between 0 to 15), press the
SPEED +/- keys to select the speed that
