Remove the:

back cover

cable cover

speaker cover

system board shield

To release the speaker module:
a
Disconnect the speaker cable from the connector on the system board [1].
b Unthread the speaker cables from the retention clips [2].

To remove the speaker module:
a
Remove the screws that secure the speaker module to the chassis [1].
b Lift the speaker module and remove it from the chassis [2].
