What's in the Box

Pay Attention to Battery

S5 is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Please charge S5 above 8 hours before using it for your first time.

1. Only the attached Type-C cable can be used for charging battery. Wireless charging is also workable. Incorrect charging may damage batteries and earbuds.
2. Do not attempt to open rechargeable batteries or battery packs that may broken products because of the precise structure. There are also no usable parts in it.
3. Rechargeable batteries only can be recharged by adults. Keep the battery out of reach of children. If children swallowed it, please take them to the hospital immediately.
4. Keep the battery away from the fire. Do not throw the battery into the fire, otherwise it may explode. Batteries may also explode if being damaged. Please handle and disposal it according to your local conditions and regulations.

You could replace silicon ear tips to be the best suitable size for your ears.(S/M/L size for your choice)

More stable wearing

Special earplugs on S5 earbuds give you more stable wearing, not easy to fall out. Please follow these steps to wear.

1. Gently insert the earplugs to ensure comfortable wearing.
2. Rotate and adjust the earplugs to the correct position.

Wireless charging and wired charging are both workable.

* Above data are all from the laboratory and for reference only.
*The charging time of charging box will be prolonged if charging box is not in middle of wireless charging base. Because wireless charging base transmits power in the form of coils.

Enter Pairing Mode

Before Pairing

1. Taking out the earbuds from charging case
2. Tear off protective film and throw them away. If low battery, please charge.
   
3. Wait 5 seconds to let earbuds pair with itself automatically. One earbud will flash light and the other will not if paired successfully.

Start Pairing

Open the "Bluetooth" function on your phone, search for "S5" and click it to connect. The pairing is successful when the blue and white LED indicator lights are off.

Automatic Pairing

Normally your earbuds will automatically pairing with your mobile next time once ever paired successfully. Sometimes perhaps still need you to click the Bluetooth pairing name "S5" on your mobile.

*After taking out earbuds from the charging box, if it is not used about five minutes, earbuds will automatically shut down to save power. Touch and hold the touchpad of earbuds for 2-3 seconds to turn earbuds on.
*If connect with other devices, please firstly disconnect or cancel the pairing in the Bluetooth control panel on your phone, your S5 will enter standby state after disconnecting.

Ambient Mode(ADT Mode)

Tap the touchpad of either earbud twice. Reminder voice of earbuds "ADT(Audio Pass Through) On/Off" will remind you. Normal Mode, Ambient Mode and ANC Mode, these 3 modes will be circulation.

Charging to the Charging Box

Connect the attached USB Type-C cable to the USB interface(charging wall or charger that is not provided by Srhythm) and charging box under voltage 3.7V.It takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge earbuds and charging box.

Indicator light status of charging box:

• white light flashing: being charging
• 1 white light on: insufficient power
• 4 white lights on: charging completed

*Voltage exceed 3.7V and under 28V will start charging protect mode.and the power can not be charged.
*Voltage over 28V may broke products.

Wireless charging

The charging time of charging box will be prolonged if charging box is not in middle of wireless charging base. Because wireless charging base transmits power in the form of coils. Charging Time: 3-5 hours basing on power 5W-10W

Notice:
Please put the charging box in the center of wireless charger to speed up charging. Wireless charger is not provided.

Mobile charging

Put earbuds into the charging box, and pay attention to the left and right sides. The magnetic suction of the charging box will adjust earbuds to the right position. It takes about 1-2 hours for earbuds to be fully charged on the left/right. Charging is started once upon the blue light of earbuds is constantly on. Please kindly remember to wipe and dry charging connection parts of earbuds before mobile charging.
*If the charging box is opened, earbuds will stop being charged.

Multi-function Touchpad

Both left and right earsbuds have touch control function.

	Play/Pause: Tap the Touchpad of either earbud once.
	Answer/End call: Tap on either side to answer/end call.
	ANC On/Off: Tap the Touchpad of either earbud twice.
	ADT On/Off: Tap the touchpad of either earbud twice.(Normal Mode, ANC Mode and Ambient Mode, these 3 modes will be circulation.)
	Previous Song: Touch and hold the Left Touchpad for 3 seconds.
	Next Song: Touch and hold the Right Touchpad for 3 seconds.
	Activate Voice Assistant: Tap the Touchpad of either earbud 3 times.
	Game mode: Tap the Touchpad of either earbud 4 times to turn on/off the game mode. Three beeps could be heard.
	Turn Off Earbuds: Touch and hold the Touchpad of either earbud for 5 seconds.
	Reset Earbuds: Please remember to charging earbuds to be full power before resetting it. Take earbuds out of the charging box, long press both earbuds' touchpads for 5 seconds to turn earbuds off. A beep and a female voice prompt: Power Off can be heard. Long press both earbuds' touchpads for 12 seconds, during this process, earbuds are from turning on to off. The Voice: Power on, Pairing mode and four beeps can be heard sequentially. Put earbuds into the charging box, close and reopen it when light of charging box is on. Take out earbuds from charging box again, and wait a few seconds for earbud and earbud pairing automatically. One earbud will flash light and the other earbud will not if paired successfully. Ignore Bluetooth pairing name S5 on your device. Close and reopen your device's Bluetooth. Find the pairing name S5 and click to pair. Voice prompt: Connected can be heard.

Why can't the earbuds connect to each other successfully?/Why do I only hear the sound on one side?

Here are 3 ways to connect:
The First Way: Ignore Bluetooth pairing name S5, then close and reopen your device's Bluetooth.
The Second Way: Put earbuds back in the charging box, close and reopen the charging box, then take earbuds out to repair.

How to reset the earbuds?

Please remember to charging earbuds to be full power before resetting it.

1. Take earbuds out of the charging box, long press both earbuds' touchpads for 5 seconds to turn earbuds off. A beep and a female voice prompt: Power Off can be heard.
2. Long press both earbuds' touchpads for 12 seconds, during this process, earbuds are from turning on to off. The Voice: Power on, Pairing mode and four beeps can be heard sequentially.
3. Put earbuds into the charging box, close and reopen it when light of charging box is on.
4. Take out earbuds from charging box again, and wait a few seconds for earbud and earbud pairing automatically. One earbud will flash light and the other earbud will not if paired successfully.

How to turn off the earbuds?

Solutions: 3 ways to turn off your earbuds:

The First Way: Touch and hold the touchpad 5 seconds when they are not connected to mobile devices.
The Second Way: Put earbuds into charging box to turn off earbuds automatically.
The Third Way: Earbuds will power off automatically if there is no connection with a Bluetooth device about 5 minutes after powering on.

How to turn on the earbuds?

Solutions: 2 ways to turn on your earbuds:

The First Way: Touch and hold the touchpad for 2-3 seconds to turn earbuds on.
The Second Way: Put earbuds into charging case, then take out of earbuds, that turn on automatically.

Why is one earbud workable and the other one earbud unworkable when I take earbuds out of charging box?

Solution: It doesn't mean that the earbud is broken. As when earbud is charging, you did not put the earbud on right position, or there is dust/something else remain on the charging connection parts of earbud which affect charging. So the unworkable one earbud is out of power.

Why can not earbuds be charged in the charging box?

Solution: Please make sure your charging box with power. Kindly remember to wipe and dry charging connection parts of earbuds, then put them into the charging box. Perhaps some dust or something else remain on the charging connection parts of earbuds that will affect charging.

PLEASE NOTE

Do not handle the earbuds roughly. Do not press them with heavy objects. Keep them clear of high temperatures, humidity and moisture.
For best performance, keep away from Wi-Fi routers and other high-frequency transmitting devices.
Please use the earbuds within the effective distance of 10 meters. There should be no physical obstruction (such as a wall, etc.) between the Bluetooth device and the earbuds. The earbuds can be paired with any device that supports Bluetooth.

Points for Attention

1. The risk of hearing loss can be reduced by following the following safety guidelines: When connecting the headset, adjust the volume control to a minimum, and then slowly adjust the volume to a comfortable degree. Keep the volume as low as possible. If the volume needs to be increased, please adjust the volume control slowly. And stop using the speaker immediately if you feel unwell in the ear or if you got tinnitus. Using a high volume for a long period of time will make your ears used to such volume, causing permanent damage to your hearing even without any apparent discomfort.
2. If you are wearing a pacemaker or other electronic medical device, you should seek your doctor's advice before using this product.
3. The packaging contains small parts that can endanger children. Therefore, it should be kept out of the reach of children. Swallowing plastic bags can cause suffocation.
4. Do not attempt to disassemble the product or insert any object into the product by yourself, otherwise it may cause a short circuit, which may lead to fire or electric shock.
5. Customer shall not replace or repair any component. Only authorized dealers or repair service center can open finished products. If any part of the product needs to be replaced for any reason (including normal wear and tear and damage or cracking), please contact the vendor.
6. Avoid rain, dampness or contact with other liquids.
7. If the product is overheating, falling or damaged, or the product falls into a medium liquid, please stop using it.
8. Using headphones while driving may be restricted by local laws. Please consult the local authority. Be careful when using this product when you need to devote yourself to something else.
9. Maintenance of built-in battery: The product is powered by rechargeable batteries. New batteries must be recharged and discharged two or three times before their full function be released. Disconnect from the charger when the battery is fully charged, as overcharging would shorten battery life. When not in use, battery in fully charged disappears slowly. Do not place the product near a heat source or expose it to direct sunlight, dust, moisture, rain or mechanical impact. Try to keep the battery temperature between 0°C and 45°C at all time. If the battery is too hot or too cold, the product may not work temporarily, even if it is fully charged.
10. Warning on battery: Improper use of batteries may result in fire or chemical burns. Batteries can explode if damaged.
11. Please refer to the User Manual for Instructions on the charging status indicator lights.
12. When unplugging the power cord or any reinforced parts, please hold the plug and pull it out instead of pulling the cord directly. Do not use the damaged charger.
