Telephone technical support Installation and configuration support through the HelpCenter will be withdrawn or made available for a fee, at IBM’s discretion, 90 days after the option has been withdrawn from marketing. Machine - IBM 3600 Fibre Channel Card Warranty period* - Three (3) Years * Contact your place of purchase for warranty service information. Some IBM Machines are eligible for on-site warranty service depending on the country where service is performed. - Page 11 1) either repair or exchange the failing Machine and 2) provide the service either at your location or a service center.
