Removing The Bezel; Replacing The Bezel - Quantum DLT V4 Install Manual

Caution: Do not insert objects into the hole on top of the tape drive.
You could damage the tape drive or door spring.

Removing the bezel:

1.
Place the tape drive on its left side. Hold the right side of the bezel.
Press down gently on the right bezel tab (through the tab slot)
while pulling the bezel away from the tape drive.

Remove the bezel from the tape drive.
3.
Verify that the door spring is still in place on the bezel.

Replacing the Bezel:

Insert the left bezel tab into the left tab slot.
5.
Gently press the right bezel tab and insert it into the right tab slot.
Make sure the tab on top of the tape drive fits into the slot on the
top of the bezel.
6.
Verify the door spring is still in place on the bezel.
7.
Verify the door opens and closes freely.
