This Warranty is not applicable to any defects and damages arising from force

majeure conditions, accident, negligence, misuse, lack of proper care or
handling and operation.
Free installation or demo of the product if applicable can be availed only once/

within a month of purchase of the product and any additional installation,
re location or demo will be carried out on chargeable basis.
Defective parts replaced if any during the warranty period will be taken back by

our service center.
Services during the warranty period as per conditions mentioned above within

municipal limits of the town/city where our service center is available will be
provided free and for services outside the municipal limits will attract
travelling and transportation charges as applicable.
In case of any dispute or claims settlement arising out of current warranty will

be subject to jurisdiction of court in Mumbai only.
The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for its authorized agents
•
or distributors. No credit or other reimbursement shall be issued for any repair
performed by third parties, including distributors and service centers, other
than as specifically authorized by the Company in writing.
The Company reserves the right to amend and change the Terms and

Conditions of the warranty anytime.
Warranty conditions for additional warranty on Motor: Additional warranty is
•
only on Motor, and will be replaced free of cost if found faulty or defective due
to manufacturing defects. Other charges like visit charges, transportation or
labour charges need to be paid by customer.
