Precautions when filing
• Filing too large an area can result in larger calluses forming,
so be sure to leave some of the hardened layer.

• Filing a single location for a long time can cause heat due to
friction. To avoid this, be sure to make small changes in the
filing position while filing.
• Filing an area too deeply can cause it to become sore or
inflamed.
• File about once every two weeks.

Move in the direction
indicated by the arrows.
Use your free hand for
support.
Scrub brush
• Best if used once per week.
• Best if used on areas needing epilation about 2 days before
hair removal. Exfoliation may help prevent ingrown hairs.

Apply shower gel to your skin.

• Best if used on legs, arms
(especially elbows and knees) and
neckline.
Do not use on sensitive areas, face
or throat.
• Do not hold in one place. Slide over
skin in a circular pattern.
• Apply to the same area of skin for
about 30 seconds each time, check
your skin and adjust usage
accordingly.
