The dispenser only works when installed and, if applicable, when the housing is
closed (surface-mounted dispensers).

Batteries almost empty
Pump jammed
Batteries empty
Incorrect battery polarity
Magnet in the housing or in
the pump bracket is missing
or pump bracket is bent
Batteries missing
Plug-in power supply not
plugged in correctly
No power or plug-in power

eModule not positioned
correctly in rear panel

Solution
Change batteries
Clean pump, replace if
necessary
Change batteries
Insert batteries correctly
Replace magnet or align
pump bracket
Insert batteries
Insert the plug as far as it
will go

Check power connection
Replace power supply if
necessary
Insert the eModule properly
