  • Page 4: Inspection Upon Receipt

    DO NOT vacuum liquids or expose the vacuum, charger, or battery pack to rain or water. The vacuum and components in this manual are for dry use only and are not to be used or stored outdoors or in wet conditions.

    The battery charger is designed for a nominal input of 115 VAC and an output of 4 amps. WARNING – Improper connection of the battery pack to the charger or the vacuum can result in risk of electric shock. Do not attempt to modify the connectors provided with the battery pack, charger, or vacuum.

    DO NOT pull or carry the vacuum by any wires, cords, or use wires or cords as a handle. Keep the charger cord and connection wires away from heated surfaces.

  • Page 7: Recommended Preventive Maintenance

    ProTeam Intercept Micro Filters to maintain valid vacuum warranty. Check Micro Cloth Filter. If dirty, rinse out and air dry before replacing back into vacuum. All filters must be in place to operate vacuum. This will keep airflow up and prevent the motor from laboring.

    If the battery pack is not charging check that the charger is plugged into 120 Volt out- let and the connection with the charger is seated to the battery pack correctly. If the exhaust that comes out of the bottom of the vacuum is warmer than usual, check, clean or replace all four filters.

    The warranty period is for three (3) years or 1400 total hours of operation (whichever comes first) on all parts, labor and motors and Lifetime on all molded body parts (excluding battery and charger). This warranty applies from the date of purchase only when the vacuum cleaner is used in accordance with ProTeam’s operating instructions.
