Reason
Temperature sensor failure.
The door has been opened while the
appliance is in operation or the appliance
is being operated without the door being
closed properly.
Temperature Sensor has malfunctioned.
The temperature inside the drum has
risen suddenly.
The motor has stopped suddenly.
The compressor has stopped suddenly.
The drain pump motor has malfunctioned.
The surrounding temperature for
installation is below zero.
Solution
• Turn off the appliance and call for
service.
• Close the door completely.
• If dE is not released, call for service.
• Unplug the power plug and call for
service.
• Unplug the power plug and call for

• Check if the amount of laundry exceeds
the maximum load.
