OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Be
sure
that
you
have been ~l~oroughly
checked
out
before op-
eraiing
this
aircraft.
The
following
safety procedure instructions
must become
an
-k-
tegral part
of
the aircraft owner$ operational
routine and/or
pre-
flight
inspection.
Before each
flight, visually
inspect
tho airplane, and/or deter-
mine-
that:
(1) The
tires
are
setiafaclorily inflated
and
not exces~iiveiy
worn.
(2)
Tha landing
gear
oleos and
shock
struts
operate
within
Urnits.
(3)
The
propellers
are free
of detrimental nicks.
(4&)
The ground area-
under
propeller
is free of loose
stones,
cindere,
etc.
(5)
The
cowling
md
inspection opening covers
are.

There

no
external damage or operational interference
to
the control surfaces, wings
or fuselage.

The windshield is
clean and free of
defects.
(8) There
is no
snow, ice or frost
on the wings

surfaces.
