Micron® 320W Hot Air SMD Rework Station Overview This re-work station provides a quick and easy way to rework boards fitted with surface mount devices. It also has a built in an intelligent microcomputer chip which is specially designed for the present lead free SMD chips such as SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA etc reworks to meet RoHS requirement.
