HYAG900E Cutting Disc Assembly
Warning! When mounting discs, ensure the machine is turned off,
!
and unplugged from the power source.
Warning! Before install Grinding Disc's, ensure the Disc Guard (K) is
!
attached to the machine
1.
On to the Spindle, firstly place the Internal Flange Nut (I). This will
just slide on. Ensure it locks into the spindle.
2.
Then place your Cutting disc . Ensure the disc is sitting flat against
the Interior Flange Nut (I).
3.
Now holding the Spindle Lock button (B), screw on the External
Flange nut (h). Ensure the flange on the nut sits flat against the
Grinding Disc, If the disc wobbles, ensure the exterior flange nut Is
installed correctly. Tighten this as much by hand as possible.
4.
Use the Flange spanner (J) to fully tighten the Exterior Flange nut.
Just place the tabs of the Flange spanner into 2 opposing holes on
the External Flange nut.
