If one or two solar panels are connected, you can directly connect the DC8020 port of the solar panel to the DC8020 port of Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus for charging. Explorer 2000 Plus is flashing 0% and 100% and won’t charge by solar or 115 volts AC. This is the second episode. The first was last year. Somehow, it recovered, maybe because I tried the resetting procedure. It’s not working now. There is no out put voltage. Purchased fall of 2023, unfortunately at full price, from Jackery.com.
