1. Safety Rules For your personal safety, read this manual carefully. Familiar with the application and limitations of the machine, as well as the potential hazards associated with the machine. A. The factory default parameters are temperature: 40°C, vacuum time: 45 seconds, bonding time: 45 seconds, and defoaming time: 10 minutes. *No special requirements, please do not adjust the parameters without authorization, if you need to change the parameters, please contact the manufacturer after sales.

Put the positioned screen into the special silicone pad for pressing the screen, put the glass panel down, then put it into the fitting cabin of the machine, and close the fitting door. *The placement of the screen is very important, which directly affects the final yield. The edge of the display window of the screen should be aligned with the edge of the sponge pad, so as to completely avoid the cable.

3. Take out the final product and check whether the display and touch are normal. *Before opening the hatch every time, check whether there is gas in the cavity. The checking method is to observe the positive and negative pressure values on the display screen. - Page 8 Press the start button, the device can start working, the positive pressure reaches 0.6MPA, and it runs until the defoaming time is set. When the device starts defoaming, when the set defoaming time is reached, the device starts to deflate, the positive pressure value returns to zero, and the defoaming is completed.
