F-Gas Requirement The models of equipment covered in this Technical Manual rely on fluorinated greenhouse gases for their functioning. All unit models come from the factory pressurized with OFN (Oxygen Free Nitrogen) only. In F-Gas Regulation EU 517/2014, the requirement for leak testing on the system is based on the charge size in tonnes of CO equivalent.
