19. Detailed information about the MOP process:
a) Mop cloth and attachment should be installed firstly on the base of the robot as specified in the
user manual.
b) The water tank at the back of the robot should be filled with water until it is full.
c) After the a-b steps, place the device on the charging dock and start cleaning.
d) After making these adjustments, the device is turned on by selecting the vacuum and mop wetness
level from the 'Cleaning Settings' tab.
e) You can wash the mop cloth under running water or in the washing machine (30 degrees).
The robot vacuum is not equipped with carpet detection feature. It is recommended to
remove the carpets in your home while using the mop. Alternatively, carpeted areas can be
defined as 'Restricted Areas' to ensure trouble-free use.
Do not clean the carpet while the mop attachment and mop cloth are attached. This will

cause the robot to slip and trip on the carpet and you may lose your saved map.
Depending on the level of contamination of the floor and preferably, the mop wetness level
can be increased or decreased via the mobile app.
It is recommended not to put chemicals such as detergent into the water tank.
The robot performs sweeping and wiping at the same time. Do not forget to attach the mop
cloth during mopping.
