    3.2.5 Courbe de charge Boost en position ON Dans cette configuration le chargeur CPS2 OEM 24V/60A délivre une courbe de charge 3 états IUoU : Boost, Absorption, Floating. Phase Boost : démarre automatiquement à la mise sous tension du chargeur si la batterie est déchargée. Le courant est alors maximum.

Il génère une tension constante et fournit le courant nécessaire à la ou les batteries. Le temps de recharge dépend de l'état de la batterie et est plus long que dans la configuration boost en position ON.

    3.2.1 Description The CPS2 OEM 24V/60A chargers are equipped with switches allowing you to set up the charger according to the type of batteries and the application. CPS2 OEM 24V/60A chargers feature the Boost function for faster recharging. This function is controlled by a timeout (4 hours +/- 10 minutes).The Boost function can also be disabled by means of a switch.

    Boost in OFF position With this setting, the CPS2 OEM 24V/60A charger produces a single-stage UI type load curve. It generates a constant voltage, supplying the current required by the battery(ies). Recharging time depends on the state of the battery, being longer than when the boost is in the ON position.

    5. SITING THE CHARGER The CPS2 OEM 24V/60A charger should be installed as near as possible to the batteries in a dry, well-ventilated and fully damp-proof and dust-free room. Air circulation should be unhindered.

    47 to 63Hz. Generators The Cristec battery charger is designed to operate on a generator. In certain cases, generators can produce high surges. Before connecting the charger, check its compatibility with the generator's characteristics: power, voltage, surges, frequency, current etc.

    TURNING THE CHARGER ON AND OFF The CPS2 OEM 24V/60A charger starts operating as soon as it is switched on (input power cable connected and powered). The CPS2 OEM 24V/60A charger stops operating when it is no longer powered up (input power cable disconnected or the installation's circuit-breaker in the OFF position).

Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist für Benutzer, Installateure und Wartungspersonal der Geräte bestimmt. Diese Personen müssen das vorliegende Dokument vor Arbeiten an dem Ladegerät unbedingt zur Kenntnis nehmen.

    KONFIGURATION DER SWITCHE – EINSTELLUNGEN - ANZEIGEN 3.2.1 Beschreibung Die CPS2 OEM 24V/60A-Ladegeräte sind mit Switchen ausgestattet, die es ermöglichen, das Ladegerät je nach Batterietyp und Einsatzbereich zu konfigurieren. Diese Ladegeräte sind mit der Boost-Funktion ausgestattet, die ein schnelleres Aufladen von Batterien ermöglicht.

    Sicherheitsvorkehrungen in Abschnitt 5 informieren. MONTAGE DES LADEGERÄTES Das Ladegerät CPS2 OEM 24V/60A sollte möglichst nah bei den Batterien in einem trockenen, gut gelüfteten Raum, geschützt vor eindringender Feuchtigkeit und Staub installiert werden. Die Luftzirkulation muss frei sein. Die in Abschnitt 1 gemachten Empfehlungen müssen eingehalten werden. Es ist unbedingt notwendig, das Ladegerät vertikal anzubringen (Kabeleintritt von unten).

    In diesem Abschnitt werden die Arbeiten aufgezählt, die durchzuführen sind, um das Gerät in Betrieb zu nehmen. Es ist angebracht, diese Anweisungen vor dem ersten Unterspannungsetzen streng zu beachten. EINGANGSNETZ Die CPS2 OEM 24V/60A Ladegeräte können automatisch und unterschiedslos ausgehend von einphasigen Netzen von 85 bis 265 VAC und von 47 bis 63Hz arbeiten. Generatoren Das CRISTEC Batterieladegerät ist für den Betrieb mit Generator konzipiert.

    EIN- / AUSSCHALTEN DES LADEGERÄTES Das Ladegerät CPS2 OEM 24V/60A ist in Betrieb, sobald es unter Spannung steht (Eingangsnetzkabel angeschlossen und gespeist). Das Ladegerät CPS2 OEM 24V/60A ist ausgeschaltet, sobald es nicht mehr unter Spannung steht (Eingangsnetzkabel herausgezogen oder Schutzschalter der Anlage auf Position OFF).

    PRINCIPIO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO Los cargadores de baterías CPS2 OEM 24V/60A han sido diseñados en base a un convertidor de corte de alta frecuencia que transforma la señal alterna en una tensión continua, regulada y filtrada. Pueden funcionar en cargador de baterías y en alimentación de corriente continua.

    Boost en posición OFF En esta configuración, el cargador CPS2 OEM 24V/60A suministra una curva de carga de tipo mononivel IU. Genera una tensión constante y suministra la corriente necesaria para la o las baterías. El tiempo de carga depende del estado de la batería y es más largo que en la configuración boost en posición ON.

    1.2 GARANZIA Il mancato rispetto delle regole d’installazione e di uso annulla la garanzia del costruttore e libera la società CRISTEC da ogni responsabilità. La durata della garanzia è di 36 mesi. Essa si applica ai pezzi ed alla manodopera per il materiale reso alla fabbrica di Quimper.

In alcuni casi, i gruppi elettrogeni possono generare delle sovratensioni rilevanti. Prima di raccordare il caricatore, verificare la compatibilità delle caratteristiche del gruppo e quelle del caricabatteria: potenza, tensione, sovratensione, frequenza, corrente…...

    Il caricabatteria CPS2 OEM 24V/60A si arresta quando non è più alimentato (cavo di rete d’ingresso scollegato o interruttore dell’installazione in posizione OFF). ATTENZIONE: se l’opzione Arresto/Avvio del caricatore viene utilizzata, il caricatore può essere spento ma restare sotto tensione (tensione pericolosa).
