Pre-calibrating the combustion head

The head must be pre-calibrated for model
RS 120/EV BLU only, if its maximum output is
within area B of the firing rate (Fig. 2 at page 10).
WARNING
Proceed as follows:
 remove the 8 screws 2)(Fig. 18);
 remove the 4 circular sectors 1) fixed behind the stability
disc.

Combustion head adjustment

At this point of the installation, the combustion head is fixed to the
boiler as shown in Fig. 15. It is therefore especially easy to adjust,
and this adjustment depends only on the maximum output of the
burner.
Two adjustments of the head are foreseen:
external air R1
central gas/air R2
central air R3
(for RS 68-120-160/EV BLU)
(only for RS 200/EV BLU)

In the diagram (Fig. 19) find the notch at which to adjust both air
and central gas/air.
