Service

Except for the replaceable AA batteries, this instrument contains no user-serviceable
parts. Return the thermometer to a Welch Allyn authorized service center for service and
repair. Refer to the Service Manual.

Welch Allyn Service Policy

Only a Welch Allyn Service Center can perform or approve all repairs on products under
warranty. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty. Qualified electronics personnel or a
Welch Allyn Service Center should repair out-of-warranty products.

Contacting Welch Allyn

If you encounter an equipment problem that you cannot resolve, contact the Welch Allyn
Service Center nearest you for assistance.
Before returning a product for repair, you must first obtain authorization from Welch Allyn.
If you are advised to return a product to Welch Allyn for service or repair, you should
schedule the repair with the Welch Allyn Service Center nearest you.
Welch Allyn service personnel with provide you with a a Return Materials Authorization
(RMA) number. Print this number on the outside of your shipping box.
Welch Allyn does not accept returns that are missing an RMA number.
