1. Verify the correct fan motor has been selected.
2. Check the U, V, & W connections on the drive & fan
side.

1. Remove any obstructions to the condensing fan
motor.
2. Verify adequate airflow is supplied across heatsink of
the drive.
3. Check all the mounting screws on the drive, verify
they are all properly tightened.
4. If problem persists, replace the drive.

2. Verify there are no fan blade obstructions.
3. Check the U, V, & W, connections on the drive & fan

1. Verify ambient temperature is above the minimum
operating temperature of drive.
2. Power cycle drive.
