WARNING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WARNING Because of the short length of the Warthog® X (WTA), the tool can turn around in pipes and come back at the operator at a high rate of speed. There must be an anti-reversal device of sufficient length to ensure that the rigid length measurement from the tip of the nozzle to the back end of the hose crimp is 1-1/2 times the internal diameter of any pipe that can be accessed in the cleaning operation.

Warthog® X (WTA) OVERVIEW WARTHOG X (WTA) ® PIPE SIZE: 3-8” Pipes | 76 -152 mm INLET: 3/8” & 1/2” NPT or BSPP FLOW RATE: 8-2 gpm | 30 -79 lpm SERVICE INTERVAL: 250 hours The industry’s most powerful puller/descaler nozzle for 3-8” (76-203 mm) pipes. Designed with extended life durability, the Warthog X is compact in size and features a combination of fixed and low-angle rear rotary jets to optimize the pulling and cutting/descaling power.
WTA-1/2: StoneAge recommends a 1/2” ID hose be used, especially when using longer hose lengths. WTA-3/8: StoneAge recommends a 3/8” ID hose be used; if 1/4” ID inch hose is used, too much pressure is lost (at 5 gpm, each 100 ft of 1/4” hose will take away 700 psi due to friction).
Test the dump prior to beginning the job. • Flush out the high pressure hoses before connecting the WTA to eliminate debris. TECH TIP: NPT threads -StoneAge recommends the use of Teflon™tape and yellow Threadmate™ on NPT thread connections.
NOT GETTING THE DESIRED OPERATING PRESSURE: • The sizes of the jets may need to be changed. Verify jetting at jetting.stoneagetools.com • For more information contact your factory authorized StoneAge® Inc. distributor or go to www.sewernozzles.com for help. 866-795-1586 • WWW.SEWERNOZZLES.COM...
