General problems with the washer
Problem
The washer shakes
during the spin cycle.
There are unusual
sounds coming from
the drain pump.
Large residues of
detergent remain in the
dispenser drawer.
The fabric softener is
not completely
dispensed or too much
water remains in the
compartment §.
The display shows a
foreign language.

Possible cause
– The four feet are not
resting evenly on the
floor.
– The floor is not
properly reinforced.
There is not a fault. Lapping sounds at the beginning
and end of the pump process are normal.
The water pressure is
too low.
Water softening
detergent additives tend
to stick.
The siphon tube is either
incorrectly positioned or
clogged.
A different language was
selected under
"Settings-Language J".
Solution
– Level the machine (see
Installation Instructions).
– It is recommended that
the machine be installed
on a concrete base.
– Check and clean the
filters in the water inlet
hoses.
– Select the "Water plus"
Extra if desired.
Clean the detergent
drawer. In the future add
the detergent first and then
the water softener to the
compartment.

Select the desired
language. The flag symbol
leads you to the setting.
