Page 3 ASSEMBLE THE AXLE AND WHEELS. STEP 2: Slide the axle through the wheel brackets so that it is centered between the brackets. Make sure the two center most holes in the axle align with the grooves in the wheel bracket for easier installation of the roll pin. Using a small hammer, install the two roll pins into these holes so that they are centered onto the axle.
Page 4 Fasten with four 1/4”-20 x 1-1/2" long pan head screws and four 1/4"-20 hex lock nuts.
