2. Setup ROV • Feed cable through pipe (1) to bottle (3) • Connect cable grip to ROV using spring link (2) • Connect cable connectors to bottle and secure locking sleeve (3) -Ensure all wiring is secured from accidental movement with zip ties -Only finger tighten locking sleeves. -

4. Controls The Hand Controller always defaults to manual operation. The joystick controls the ROV’s forward, backward and lateral movements. The depth thumbwheel controls the depth. 5. Perform Preflight Check Press Thruster Enable Button Indicator will blink then remain illuminated indicating thrusters are powered. If indicator blinks and goes out, this indicates an issue. Refer to manual and troubleshooting guide for details. Keep hand, feet and objects clear of propellers when power is applied to vehicle. -

6. Flight When ready for mission, enable thrusters. Below is a list of available flight modes. In any mode, manual controls are active. Flight Modes Manual Manual mode passes the pilot inputs directly to the thrusters. All Outland ROV’s default to manual mode.
