18. Pedal Assembly
(Time required: About 2 minutes)
18-1 Disconnect the PK cable. (See procedure 1)
18-2 Open the key cover.
18-3 With a soft cloth like a blanket placed on the floor,
place the digital piano on its back board gently.
* For safety, this work should be done by two persons.
18-4 Remove the eight (8) screws marked [6B] and the
screw marked [7]. The pedal assembly can then be
removed. (Fig. 10)
19. PEDAL Circuit Board
(Time required : About 7 minutes)
19-1 Disconnect the PK cable. (See procedure 1)
19-2 Remove the pedal assembly. (See procedure 18)
19-3 Remove the adjuster. (Fig. 10)
19-4 Remove the three (3) screws marked [80B]. The three
(3) pedal guides can then be removed as shown in Fig.
12. (Fig. 11, 12)
19-5 Remove the three (3) screws marked [80C]. (Fig. 11)
Push down the pedal (damper) and then draw it forward.
The sostenuto and soft padals can then be removed in
the same manner. (Fig. 11, 12)
19-6 R e m o v e t h e t w o ( 2 ) r u b b e r c o n t a c t s ( S O F T,
SOSTENUTO) attached to the PEDAL circuit board.

19-7 Straighten the four (4) bent frame portions marked [A].
The PEDAL circuit board can then be removed.

19-8 Pull out the actuator pedal from the PEDAL circuit
board. (Fig. 13)
* The actuator pedal is not part of the PEDAL circuit
board. Install it to the new circuit board when
replacing the PEDAL circuit board.

PK ケーブルを外します。 （1 項参照）
スライド蓋を開きます。
毛布などの柔かい布を床に敷いて、鍵盤側を上に
して本体を床に置きます。
安全のために、かならず二人で作業をしてください。
[6B] のネジ 8 本と [7] のネジ 1 本を外して、ペダ
ル Ass'y を外します。 （図 10）
（所要時間：約 7 分）
PK ケーブルを外します。 （1 項参照）
ペダル Ass'y を外します。 （18 項参照）
アジャスターを外します。 （図 10）
ルガイド 3 個を外します。 （図 11、12）
ペダル（ダンパー）を下に押してから、手前に引
き出します。ソステヌートペダル、ソフトペダル
も同様に外します。 （図 11、12）
PEDAL シートに取り付けられている接点ゴム（ソ
フト、ソステヌート）2 個を外します。 （図 13）
で真直ぐに戻して、PEDAL シートを外します。

PEDAL シートより、アクチュエータペダルを引
き抜きます。 （図 13）
アクチュエータペダルは、PEDAL シートの構成部品で
はありません。PEDAL シート交換時には、新しい基板
に取り付けてください。
