Battery and charging
The display will show the remaining battery charge left on the camera.
Full battery
There are three ways to charge the camera:
Charging method
Power adapter

Micro-USB cable
Car charger (not included)
Reformatting the SD card
1. To reformat the Mini SD card, enter the settings.
2. Press the up and down buttons and highlight 'Format'. Press the shutter button then
press 'Execute'.
Reset button
If the camera crashes, press the reset button and restart the camera.
Medium battery
Steps
1. Connect the power adapter to the Micro-USB port on
the camera.
2. Plug the power adapter into a socket, then turn on the
socket. The camera will begin charging and the
indicator will be illuminated.
1. Connect one end of the Micro-USB cable to the
Micro-USB port on the camera.
2. Ensure your computer is turned on, then connect the
other end to your computer's USB port. The camera will
begin charging and the indicator will be illuminated.

Micro-USB port on the camera.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the car charger's
USB port.
3. Ensure the car engine is turned on, then plug the car
charger into the car's cigarette lighter socket. The
camera will begin charging and the indicator will be
illuminated.
