9. TROUBLESHOOTING

Repa r of your mach ne should be carr ed out by an author sed serv ce company. If your
mach ne requ res repa r or f you cannot solve an ssue w th the nformat on prov ded
below, then you should:
Unplug your mach ne from the ma ns power supply.
Turn off the water supply.
FAULT
Your mach ne does not start.
Your mach ne does not
ntake water.
Your mach ne does not
d scharge water.
Your mach ne v brates.
Excess ve foam s formed n
the detergent drawer.
Unsat sfactory wash ng
result.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Mach ne not plugged n.
Fuses are faulty.
No ma ns power supply.
Start/Pause button not pressed.
Programme d al stop' pos t on.
The mach ne door s not
completely closed.
Water tap s turned off.
Water nlet hose may be tw sted.
Water nlet hose clogged.
Inlet f lter clogged.
The mach ne door s not
completely closed.
Dra n hose clogged or tw sted.
Pump f lter clogged.
Laundry s too t ghly packed
together n the drum.
The feet have not been adjusted.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Plug mach ne n.
Replace the fuses.
Check ma ns power.
Press the Start/Pause button.
Turn the programme d al to the des red pos t on.
Close the mach ne door.
Turn tap on.
Check water nlet hose and untw st.
Clean water nlet hose f lters. (*)
Clean the nlet f lters. (*)
Close the mach ne door.
Check the dra n hose, then e ther clean or
untw st.
Clean the pump f lter. (*)
Spread your laundry n the mach ne evenly.
Adjust the feet. (**)
Remove the trans t bolts from the mach ne. (**)
Th s w ll not prevent operat on of your mach ne.
Do not overload the drum. Spread laundry evenly
n the drum.
Do not set up your Wash ng Mach ne on a hard
surface.
Press the Start/Pause button. To stop the foam,
d lute one tablespoon of softener nto 1/2 l tre of
water and pour nto the detergent drawer. Press
the Start/Pause button after 5-10 m ns.
Only use detergents produced for automat c
Wash ng Mach nes.
Use the nformat on n the programme tables to
select the most appropr ate programme.
Use the amount of detergent as nstructed on the
packag ng.
Check that the max mum capac ty for the
selected programme has not been exceeded.
