Load each tem of laundry separately.
Check that no tems of laundry are
trapped between the rubber seal and
the door.
Gently push the door unt l t cl cks shut.
Make sure the door s fully closed,
otherw se the programme w ll not start.
5.3 Add ng Detergent to the Mach ne
The amount of detergent you w ll need to
put n your mach ne w ll depend on the
follow ng cr ter a:
If your clothes are only sl ghtly so led,
do not pre-wash. Put a small amount
of detergent (as spec f ed by the
manufacturer) nto compartment II of the
detergent drawer.
If your clothes are excess vely so led,
select a programme w th pre-wash and
put
of the detergent to be used nto
compartment I of the detergent drawer
and the rest n compartment II.
Use detergents produced for automat c
wash ng mach nes. Follow the
manufacturer's nstruct ons on the

In areas of hard water, more detergent
w ll be requ red.
The amount of the detergent requ red
w ll ncrease w th h gher wash ng loads.
Put softener n the m ddle compartment
of the detergent drawer. Do not exceed
the MAX level.
Th ck softeners may cause clogg ng of
the drawer and should be d luted.
It s poss ble to use flu d detergents n
all programmes w thout a pre-wash. To
do th s, sl de the flu d detergent level
plate (*) nto the gu des n compartment
II of the detergent drawer. Use the l nes
on the plate as a gu de to f ll the drawer
to the requ red level.
(*) Spec f cat ons may vary depend ng on
the mach ne purchased.
5.4 Operat ng Your Mach ne
1
1. Plug your mach ne n to the ma ns
supply.
2. Turn on the water supply.
Open the mach ne door.
Evenly spread your laundry n the
mach ne.
Gently push the door unt l t cl cks shut.
5.5 Select ng a Programme
Use the programme tables to select the
most appropr ate programme for your
laundry.
