TROUBLESHOOTING

If a power cut occurs due to disconnection of the power cord, unexpected pushing of the POWER
button during an ice-making cycle or power blackout, the already formed ice on the evaporator
will not fall immediately but keep sticking to the evaporator. Under this circumstance, please
disconnect the power cord and gently push the shovel to the rear of the ice-making cabinet, then
power on again, and let the ice fall by itself before pressing the POWER button to restart the ice-
making cycle.

Solution
Stop the ice maker, check
if the household voltage
is consistent with the
recommended value
Add water until it reaches the
MAX position. Press the power
button twice to restart
Do not use ultrapure water or
distilled water
Plug the unit in and turn the
power on. If the appliance
does not turn on after this,
