  • Page 3 Twist OTA Update: Legend During the procedure it will be necessary to have the Webapp connected either to the internet or to the Twist Access Point. The type of connection required will be indicated with the following symbols that will be present on the involved pages.
  • Page 4 Twist OTA Update: Standard procedure (version at least 1.3.0) Before being able to check for updates, the Twist must have been connected to the Web App on the device at least once. This is explained in detail in the relevant section of the guide.

    Twist OTA Update: Troubleshooting The over-the-air update function was developed with the purpose of being resistant to problems that can occur during the update procedure. A list of common problems and how they can be solved can be found on the following pages.
  • Page 23 Twist OTA Update: Troubleshooting While the update was being transferred to the Twist the connection was temporarily lost (the connection symbol in the webapp flashed red or remained red) • This means that most likely the update has not been transferred correctly to the Twist and that the files are now corrupted.
  • Page 24 Twist OTA Update: Troubleshooting Connection keeps getting lost while transferring the updates • This may mean that the Wi-Fi connection is not stable. Make sure the Twist is between 1-2 meters of the user device. It is possible to try to restart both the Twist and the Web Aapp.
