    If you only want to use your Web browser to access the E5818, and do not want to program your N O T E instruments or to run application software that requires the Keysight IO Libraries Suite, skip this step.

    B) Run Keysight Connection Expert Click the Keysight IO Control icon in your Microsoft notification area, and select Keysight Connection Expert, or click Refresh All in the explorer pane if Connection Expert is already running.     G) Using a Supported Programming Language To use applications that require the Keysight IO Libraries, you must install and configure the Keysight IO Libraries Suite on each PC to be used for programming. Then, you can program connected instruments using a supported programming language (such as C or Visual Basic) using the Keysight Virtual Instrument Software Architecture (VISA), VISA COM, or Standard Instrument Control Language (SICL).
