Warranty
To make sure the unit is covered by the warranty, you must keep the original packaging. Your unit's
warranty is for three years by default, and more if specified upon purchase. The receipt serves as the
warranty. The warranty date begins when you receive your device.
The warranty includes replacement parts, labour, and delivery of a repaired device, subject to regular
filter block replacement.
The filter block and active oxygen generator module are parts that wear over time. They are not cove-
red by the warranty. The warranty only applies if NatéoSanté certified filter block are used.
The warranty does not cover misuse of the products or a use other than their intended use. The
warranty is no longer valid if errors and damage are caused by external problems and events. The
warranty also excludes products that are modified, repaired, or added by the customer or any other
unauthorised person.
The warranty is limited to replacing parts that are identified as defective by our Customer Service
department. If your unit is not operating correctly, contact your dealer.
Environmental protection
The European Union WEEE directive requires the collection and recycling of category-5 WEEE
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. It is your responsibility as the final product owner
to ensure that the product is disposed of legally. To recycle your unit, please refer to your local
municipality. This symbol means that the product cannot be processed with household waste.
It must be taken to an appropriate collection site. Your action helps preserve our environment and
protect human health whilst preventing the contamination of natural areas.
