The protective equipment should only be used
for applications it is intended for. Consult your
supervisor, dealer or Husqvarna for advice if you
are unsure which kind of protective equipment is
required for the application in question.

The condition of the protective equipment should
be checked regularly. Damaged equipment should
always be replaced.
Make sure the product is not impacted during
transportation and use.

the product. If there is any doubt regarding whether
the product is fit for use, do not use.

Safety

Do not use the product longer than 5 years from
the production date. The production date is stated
on each system part of the product (helmet, visor,
hearing protection, chin guard). If the system parts
have different production dates, always refer to the
oldest date.
Make sure that you know how to use the product
before use.
Always ensure the protective equipment is properly
assembled, fitted and maintained according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
The attention of users is also drawn to the danger of
modifying or removing any of the original component
parts of the helmet, other than as recommended
by the helmet manufacturer. Helmets should not be
adapted for the purpose of fitting attachments in any
way not recommended by the helmet manufacturer.
Materials which may come into contact with the
wearer's skin is not known to cause an allergic
reaction. If a user anyway gets an allergic reaction,
stop wearing the product immediately and seek
professional advice.
Do not apply paint, solvents, adhesives or
self-adhesive labels, except in accordance with
instructions from the helmet manufacturer.
Do not use the equipment if it has been subject to
any contamination, alteration, or misuse that would
reduce the performance of the protector.
Carefully read and follow all instructions and
warnings of the power cutter you are operating when
wearing the equipment. Make sure to fulfill needs
related to training and competence to operate the
power cutter in a safe way.
Only use Husqvarna original spare parts.
A protective helmet that shows signs of damage, e.g.
cracks or scratches, that might reduce its protective
capabilities, must be disposed of. The helmet should
also be disposed of if it has been involved in an
accident or incident, even if it does not have any
visual damage.
