Declaration of incorporation for partly
completed machinery
(Maschinery directive 2006/42/EG)

2006/42/EG are applied and fulfilled:

T he relevant technical documentations are compiled in accordance with part B of Annex VII
•
W e will transmit in case of a reasoned request by the national authorities the relevant technical documentation
in accordance with part B of Annex VII.

H e above mentioned relevant technical documentations can be obtained from Mrs. Séverine Matter, QC

T he conformity is in accordance with the EN ISO 12100:2010 "Safety of machinery - General principles for
design - Risk assessment and risk reduction "

T he partly completed machinery must not be put into service, until the final machinery, into which it is to
be incorporated, has been declared in conformity with the provisions of machinery directive 2006/42/EG
if required.
