If you connect an external device or headset, other than those approved for use with this device, to the audio connector, pay special attention to volume levels.

Close down the holder, and slide it to the right to lock it in place. Both SIM cards are available at the same time when the device is not being used, but while one SIM card is active, for example, making a call, the other may be unavailable.
