Grouping Documents
Grouping with the Menu
Click "Document 1" to select it.
Click
While holding down the Ctrl key, click on
"Document 2" to select it.
Click while holding down the Ctrl key.
Selection order is important.
NOTE
Please remember, the files will be piled in the order of your selection. The first document you
selected becomes the "master" file, the grouped document has the name of the master file.
It is also important to be careful when dragging files. The file you are dragging is the "master" and
the file it is dragged onto is the "slave." Only the file name of the dragged file will remain -- the file
name of the file that it was dragged onto will be deleted.

From the menu, select Document
Every Document.
"Document 2" will be absorbed into "Document 1".
