OPTIONS
This Procedure Includes the Following:
Installing the Telescoping I.V. Rod O
Installing the 1-inch Forward Rear Wheel
Positioner
Installing/Adjusting the Stroller Handles
Installing/Removing the Solid Seat Insert
Installing/Removing the Solid Back Insert
WARNING
After ANY adjustments, repair or service and BE-
FORE use, make sure all attaching hardware is
tightened securely - otherwise injury or damage
may result.
NOTE: The options in this section refer to NON-RE-
CLINER MODELS ONLY, refer to PROCEDURE 9 for
Recliner options.
NOTE: Refer to PROCEDURE 1 - GENERAL GUIDE-
LINES which include GENERAL WARNINGS.
INSTALLING THE TELESCOPING
I.V. ROD/O HOLDERS (FIGURE 1)

Safety and Maintenance
1. Make sure the telescoping I.V. rod is tightly locked
before placing I.V. medication on the rod.
2. The telescoping I.V. rod is designed for the specific
purpose of supporting I.V. medication only. DO NOT
use it to support objects other than I.V. medication.
3. Check weekly to make sure the telescoping I.V. rod/
O holder is tightly secured to the wheelchair frame. If

there is any looseness whatsoever, DO NOT use un-
til the corrective adjustments have been made.
4. The telescoping I.V. rod/O
any household glass type cleaner.
Mounting Instructions
1. Slide telescoping I.V. rod/O
of the wheelchair.
NOTE: Mounting bracket of telescoping I.V. rod/O
should be positioned below the two (2) axle mounting
positions on wheelchair frame.
2. Secure telescoping I.V. rod/O
chair frame with hex screw, spacer and locknut.

1. Secure the top of the telescoping I.V. rod holder to
the wheelchair frame with a tie wrap.
