1. Safety | Intended use Please adhere to the following safety instructions to avoid risks when operating loudspeakers. The C12 loudspeaker was developed for use in professional sound systems. The loudspea- ker may only be used by trained and qualified personnel. - Page 6 Operation manual C12 Ensure that the loudspeaker is not exposed to permanent thermal overloads. Thermal over- loads may cause a fire and result in serious personal injury and property damage. Operation manual C12 Operating modes The C12 loudspeaker has a selection switch for switching between two different operating modes in the side cut-out of the connector panel (Pos. 9 - Figure 2.1). In the „PASSIVE“ mode, the loudspeaker is operated on a passive audio crossover with a single amplifier channel. -

The horn of the C12 loudspeaker is positioned such that the horizontal coverage is 55° and the vertical coverage is 70°. In some situations, it may be advantageous to switch the cover- age of the high-frequency range. To do this, you can rotate the horn of the C12 loudspeaker. Proceed as follows. -
