Problems during use
My Daysy does not respond when I press the activation button.
Please charge your Daysy and try activating her again before contacting
our Customer Support. Make sure to charge your Daysy every 2 – 3 months.
The activation ring on my Daysy flashes blue at short intervals.
Please charge the battery on your Daysy.
My Daysy fails to start taking a measurement.
– Remove the USB cable before taking a measurement.
– If your Daysy makes a "beep-beep" sound, it means you have already
successfully taken a measurement today.
