Questions and answers
Remote is fully charged but only works for a few seconds and then it stops.
The RCA RCTSC3B remote may work only for a few seconds before stopping if the correct power code was not properly stored during auto code search. If the device reacts (e.g., TV turns off) but the user does not press "OK" to save the code, the remote will not retain it. Additionally, if the remote is not continuously pointed at the device during code search, the device may miss the correct code. Another possible issue is that the selected code may not fully support the device functions, so testing different codes or using a second code may be necessary.
