1.1. Features

The 500AG serial is a multi-functional outdoor wireless Access Point including optional Router and
Bridge mode in which it can be deployed either as standalone mode or as an outdoor wireless
station. This 5GHz and 2.4GHz wireless bridge conforms to IEEE802.11 a/b/g standards and
provides a highly reliable wireless point-to-point network solution for distant locations or a
point-to-multipoint bridge. With its built-in 802.1x client for authentication, it will be the most ideal
candidate for wireless ISPs to deploy as a client device as appose to their existing AP infrastructure.
