Latency
Latency is the amount of time required to establish a connection to a remote device
or devices. Latency rates for the Bluetooth Card are as follows:
Discovering one or more unknown devices requires ten seconds or more to
discover all devices within range. An additional two seconds or more is
required to retrieve any device name that is not already stored in the cache.
Connection time to a device the user has previously discovered (selected from
the cache) will be one second or less.

Environmental parameters affecting use of the Bluetooth Card are as follows:
Distance between devices is 10 meters (approximately 30 feet)
Depending on the specific environment, walls, floors, ceilings, or briefcases
may limit or prevent communication between devices
