Chapter 5 Advanced User Functions
To use a phone connection to access the Internet:
Create a connection with the phone as described in the steps above.

On the Edit Connection screen, tap OK to return to the Connection Preferences

Tap Network from the pick list in the upper-right corner of the Connection

On the Network Preferences screen, enter the information for your ISP.

Change the connection name to the name you created in step 6 of "To create a

Tap OK.

To create a connection with a laptop computer:
Tap the Applications icon

Tap the Preferences icon

Tap Connection from the pick list in the upper-right corner of the screen.

To use an existing connection, tap the connection on the Available Connections

screen, and then tap Edit.
