Ensure that the intended placement of your unit allows access to the necessary power requirements and does not create a hazard once connected. To operate your Spectrum-800 unit, 1. Connect the supplied 10’ power cable to the unit. The connector end for the cable is found on the back of the unit. - Page 9 4. Confirming the power is properly connected, turn the unit on using the On/Off switch located on the front of the unit. 5. Adjust the fan speed to the desired level, the Spectrum-800 requires a minimum airflow to begin lamp operation.

FILTER REPLACEMENT The Air Sniper Spectrum-800 unit uses a Merv-8 Pre-Filter that is sized at 10” x 18” x 1”. Air Sniper recommends changing this filter once every three (3) months. If using the Spectrum-800 in an excessively dusty/dirty environment, a filter change may be needed sooner, do so at your own discretion. -

REPLACING YOUR UNIT The Spectrum-800 unit uses a built in 300w UV-C lamp with a lifetime of 6+ years (55,200 hours, based on 24/7 operation). To track the life of the lamp on your unit, check the “Lamp Operating” LED colour when the unit is powered on to determine the state of your unit. -
