Vibration Monitoring Unit Type HE102

The HE102-type vibration monitoring unit is used for measuring and monitoring vibrations on
machines.
It offers the following features:
•
Operating principle: The two-wire system.
•
Measurement parameter: The effective value (rms) of vibration acceleration in g.
•
Analogue current output: Interference-free DC signal from 4-20 mA, proportional to the
measuring range of the monitoring unit.
•
A break on the monitoring cable can be detected by the subsequent evaluation device:
DC signal value < 3.5 mA.

Intended Use

The HE102 type is used exclusively for measuring mechanical vibrations in machines and me-
chanical systems. It may only be used in accordance with the specifications listed in the data
sheet. Main fields of application: Fans, ventilators, blowers, electric motors, pumps, centri-
fuges, separators, generators, turbines and similar oscillating mechanical equipment.
