When you set the password for the first time,
be sure to set the parental control together.

appears on the screen.

"PASSWORD", then press ENTER.

The player is ready to accept a new
password.

password.

Press the number buttons to enter the
password again to confirm.

Press SETUP to exit the Setup Menu.

• If you f orget your regist ered passw ord, ent er
" 5370" .
• If you ent er t he w rong passw ord in OLD
PASSWORD, you cannot ent er a new one in NEW
PASSWORD.

When the PARENTAL COTROL mode is set to
ON, the password is required to change the
playback limitation level.

Press SETUP.

Press b or B button repeatedly until
"PARENTAL SETUP" appears on the
screen.

Press ENTER.

Press v or V button repeatedly to select
"PARENTAL CONTROL", then press
ENTER.

Press v or V button repeatedly to select
"ON" or "OFF", then press ENTER.

Enter the password, and press ENTER.

Press SETUP to exit the Setup Menu.
The factory setting is "OFF."
